Collomia has a flower colour which can best be desciped as shades of melon: soft orange to creamy yellow. Unique colour, not comparable with any others annual. Biennial or hardy annual; best when sown in autumn. The small plants with dark green linear leaves survive winter frost and will flower late spring to early summer.
